Managed Workshops/Offices
23 units including offices are available on an easy in/out agreement. The work space within the complex is suitable for light industrial use. The first floor provides a range of fully fitted carpeted offices and the ground floor provides a range of retail units. In practice these units are used for office accommodation. Additionally the complex has rooms suitable for training, small conferences and seminars, which are available for both residents and non-residents of the centre.

Meeting/Training Facilities
Comfortable accommodation available for hire which are ideal for a variety of events and activities – conferencing; meetings; training courses; workshops; I.T. training; networking; interviews along with facilities – computers, overhead projectors, flip charts and dry wipe boards and screens. Refreshments are also available.
The SYAC Business and Enterprise Training Centre is a fully accessible building with onsite parking and lift.

Placement/Volunteer Opportunities
Work experience for individuals in a range of skills and occupations including administration and property maintenance are provided within the centre.

Car Park Hire
24 hour CCTV monitored secure Car Parking, located just off Wicker on Sheldon Row. Excellent access to all City amenities with close proximity to the motorway network.
About Us
SYAC Business and Enterprise Training Centre has been established for over 25 years and has become a highly successful and much sought after provider of business units.
Located on the Wicker, it comprises of 23 business units including offices, workshops and retail units that are available on an all-inclusive license fee on an easy in easy out basis.
SYAC hires out managed workspaces and office accommodation for the promotion of emerging businesses and also hosts a day care nursery, conference rooms and a computer suite for training.
The units are suitable for light industrial, retail and office use. The ground floor areas are more suitable for industrial use while the first floor provides excellent quality office accommodation.
